Bert x Ernie = Bernie

There’s been a ton of great Bernie-inspired apparel popping up (and much, much more to come I can only imagine) but this tote bag from Daniel Davidson really stood out to us!

Check them out at Kayrock!

“Art of a Political Revolution” recap

This past weekend saw the opening reception of the “Art of a Political Revolution” exhibition down at HVW8 Gallery in Los Angeles. Featuring a stellar line up of exhibiting artists as well a live musical acts the show looks great and we’re looking forward to catching it when it hits the road in the coming months. If you weren’t able to make it, you can view photos from the event here, and stay tuned for more details on the upcoming tour!

Shepard Fairey x RHCP

Looks like Shepard Fairey and the Red Hot Chili Peppers are ‘feelin the Bern’!

There will be a fundraiser at the Theater at Ace Hotel on February 5th. Since it’s a smaller venue, it looks like the ticket prices are a little spendy, but considering that some of the tickets include signed Shepard Fairey prints and that all proceeds benefit the campaign, it’s actually a pretty good deal.

“Not Me. Us” by Aled Lewis

Earlier this month while campaigning in Iowa, Senator Sanders asked the crowd who was the stronger candidate. When the crowd started chanting his name, Sanders quickly rebutted: “Not me, us.”

Inspired by that moment, artist Aled Lewis has created this great new design focusing as much on the American people as on the candidate, something the campaign itself has stressed as being a core principle behind their 2016 Presidential run.

If you’d like to download a copy of this image, Aled has been kind enough to make digital downloads free to the public, so check it out here and print one up at home now!

99% by Kozyndan

Amazing art couple, Kozyndan (Kozy and Dan) have made this smart new piece depicting Senator Sanders as the representative of the 99%. By utilizing currency design, Kozyndan make a strong statement about Sanders’ fundraising policies and his refusal to work with Super PACs. Love it!

This work will be one of many great new pieces on view this weekend at HVW8 Gallery in Los Angeles for their Art of a Political Revolution group exhibition.
